This notice covers information you submit through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms and related wholesale communications.

Facebook or Instagram may prefill certain fields from your profile; please review that information before submitting.

Please do not submit payment card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through our inquiry forms.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to your request, assess product fit and delivery options, discuss wholesale availability, maintain records of our business communications, and follow up about the inquiry you submitted. Submitting a form does not place an order or automatically subscribe you to a general marketing newsletter.

How information is shared

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to manage the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, meet applicable recordkeeping requirements, and resolve disputes. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or ask us to stop following up, by emailing info@perudrinks.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain certain records where required or permitted by applicable law. Any additional rights available to you depend on the law that applies to your situation.
